I visited The Jones Family Project for the Absolut Cosmo Cocktail Masterclass and here is what I wore.
Cape – Primark
Top – Missguided
Skirt & Boots – Topshop
Jane Shilton Handbag – c/o Cellini
As promised, more lace details. The lace up trend is the forefront of fashion and adds that touch of vintage flare to an outfit. I’m loving all the lace up items on Missguided at the moment. It’s so easy to wear but can really make an outfit. Mail Online recently published an article on Iggy Azalea wearing this top in white.
The 70s inspired trend is huge and there is lace up everything at the momnt including lace up boots, skirts, dresses, bags and jackets. A pair of lace up over the knee boots are next on my wish list.
The winter chill is coming so my style is beginning to change with more knitted skirts and fur collared capes. I’m obsessed with this Primark cape, it’s hardly left my shoulders since I got it!
To celebrate London Cocktail Week I went to the Absolut Cosmo Masterclass at The Jones Family Project.
& here are some embarrassing photos of me trying to shake up a Cosmo and failing…
Over London Cocktail Week 2015, Absolut partnered with 12 cocktail bars across London to offer 12 classic cocktails – as well as 12 unique twists on the classics. At The Jones Family Project this was the Cosmopolitan.
We made the signature Cosmo and also had a chance to make our own twist on the classic drink. Absolut have a wide variety of flavoured vodkas such as Absolut Citron, Absolut Cherries, Absolut Mango and Absolut Peppar and the list goes on.
For my own cocktail I mixed Absolut Mango with coconut, turns out I accidentally picked up lime juice instead of coconut (oops) so it didn’t exactly go to plan, but it still didn’t taste too bad! But I didn’t win the competition for best creation…
