So this was probably the worse day to wear this outfit, as the photos go on you can see my hair getting worse and worse. I was absolutely soaked by the end of taking these photos. My hair started off straight but it was a very rainy day in London Bridge and my outfit wasn’t very suitable for the rain!
I adore my new coat from Primark (!!), I think it looks very vintage looking? As you can tell, I love my bright coloured coats – pink and lilac especially, so this coat is the perfect addition to my wardrobe(s).
Seeing as Karl and I both have monthly travelcards we decided we would make more trips to London for blog photos and explore a bit more! We took a trip to London Bridge and Bermondsey the other weekend – where Karl works.
We went around Borough Market and Maltby Street market which have so many stalls selling such amazing foods such as Indian street food, coconut pancakes, giant chocolate chip cookies, glasses of champagne and prosecco or bottles of damson or blackcurrant vodka. I was in my element.
Bermondsey also has lots of little bars and breweries under the railway arches, I didn’t realise this part of London had so much going on. I would have loved to have stayed to try the different foods and beers but I think I will leave this for a warmer and dryer day! We were already completely drenched.
Instead we escaped the drizzle and went to The Draft House. An awesome diner style pub which sells the most amazing food – I loved the chilli cheese fries (photo above).
I love exploring different parts of London. Bermondsey definitely has a lot of lovely little hidden gems.
The Christmas decorations were still up at Borough Market two weekends ago!
