When neighbours are looking at you out of their windows I feel too awkward and embarrassed to pose and end up doing this miserable, moody look. So, no I don’t think I’m some sort of model.
I own a stupid amount of clothes, not only do I keep buying things (I can’t afford to keep at it!) but I never seem to throw anything out. In a few weeks I desperately need to clear my wardrobe(s) and drawer(s) to get rid of old things and also to raise money for my India trip in July. But anyway as I was trying to say, I own so much yet I still have those annoying times when I look in my wardrobe and see NOTHING and this automatically makes me miserable…which is probably why I look miserable in these photos. BUT I managed to put together this outfit which is a brand new swing dress I ordered from ASOS last week and a new necklace my mum got me!
Basics and dark colours are not me at all, but I do love the simplicity of this outfit and I’m bringing more basics into my style. I bought these wedges almost three years ago and although at the time £70 seemed steep (it was almost two Saturday job wages at the time when I worked in Spar, aha!), I have definitely got my moneys worth. They are so comfortable I can wear them all day and they just seem to match everything. Also I feel life feels so much better with a slight heel in my outfit?
